The Capacity Policy: These hours are reserved exclusively for you to ensure availability for your deadlines. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Overages will require an upgrade or a-la-carte billing.

2. Master Service Agreement (The Fine Print)

Scope of Work

  • Web Operations: Website tweaks, updating fee schedules, and building hidden/private pages.

  • Digital Assets: Creating and updating Canva brochures, flyers, and slide decks.

  • Email & Funnels: Managing email journeys, filter logic, and PayPal/Stripe integration troubleshooting.

  • Content Scheduling: Formatting and scheduling LinkedIn posts and Linktree updates.

  • Intuitive Troubleshooting: Independent management of logins, hosting settings, domain syncs, and backend integrations.

Business Hours & Logistics

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

  • Acknowledgment: Tickets acknowledged within 24 hours.

  • Standard Delivery: First draft or completion within 48 hours of acknowledgment.

  • Rush Fees: Guaranteed same-day delivery incurs a 100% surcharge ($110/hr).

  • Weekend Work: Requested Saturday/Sunday work incurs a 50% surcharge ($82.50/hr).

  • Priority Phone: 24/7 emergency line available at $3.00/minute.

Protection & Ownership

  • Confidentiality: Mutual NDA; all business data and logins are kept secure and private.

  • IP Ownership: You own 100% of the work and assets created upon payment of invoices.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

  • Status: I am an independent contractor, responsible for my own taxes and "tech stack."

3. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you offer tutoring if I want to learn the systems?

A: Absolutely. Unlike a standard VA, my role includes technical tutoring. We can use your monthly hours for 1:1 sessions where I walk you through your systems so you always feel in control.

Q: What if I don't use all my hours in a month?

A: The retainer is a "Capacity Reservation." It ensures that when you have a burst of work or a tech emergency, my schedule is already cleared for you. While hours don't roll over, this model allows me to prioritize your tasks and keep your effective rate as low as $30/hr.

Q: Will I have to teach you how to use my tools?

A: No. You won't waste time explaining how to log into hosting or how to set a page to "Hidden." You send the request; I figure out the "how."

Q: Who pays for my website hosting or plugins?

A: You are responsible for your own software subscriptions (GoDaddy, Elementor, etc.). However, we offer a Total Plug-in Add-on for $50/mo where we manage and pay those small recurring tech costs for you to simplify your billing.

4. Next Steps

  2. Initial Payment: I will send a Stripe link for the first month’s retainer.

  3. Onboarding: Once paid, I’ll send your login for the Ticketing System.

  4. First Task: You forward your first three priority tasks, and I’ll have the first drafts to you within 48 hours.
